The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: France, Austria.
Shipping to business customers with a valid VAT ID number is also possible to all other EU countries.

For shipping bulky goods (freight forwarding) internationally, we charge as follows:
Pallet shipping EU: €199.00
Pallet shipping non-EU (within Europe): €299.00
Pallet shipping non-EU (within Europe) for orders over €1000: €399.00
Large packages XL via freight forwarding EU: €29.90
Large packages XL via freight forwarding non-EU (within Europe): €39.90
Large packages XL via freight forwarding non-EU (within Europe) for orders over €1000: €99.90

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 1-3 business days, and international deliveries take 5-7 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed upon, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Payment by invoice is only available to government agencies and public institutions.
The invoice amount is due within 14 days of receipt.
